Construction of Solar Based Irrigation Tube Wells and Flood Protection Works in Charsadda District

The Charsadda Irrigation Division invites bids through the E-PADS portal from eligible contractors for important civil works in Charsadda District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement includes two major projects: construction of solar based irrigation tube wells and flood protection works. Items being procured: - Construction of Solar Based Irrigation Tube Wells in Shakoor, Bahram Dheri, Abazai, Hisara Nehri and Ghandheri Areas, District Charsadda (ADP No.1014/251262) during 2025-2026 (Solarization component) - Flood Protection works scheme at Tehsil Shabqadar District Charsadda (ADP No.2701/260919) during 2026-2027, including: i. Construction of flood protection work along L/S of Adezai River for protection of village abadies & Agriculture land of Dalazak & Mian Qila, Tehsil Shabqadar ii. Construction of flood protection work along R/S of Swat River for protection of village abadies & agriculture land of Bela No.4 & Sreekh, Tehsil Shabqadar The scope covers civil construction and solarization components for irrigation tube wells and flood protection infrastructure along rivers to safeguard agricultural lands and villages. Contractors must have PEC registration with relevant specialization codes (EE-11 Full or ME-07 full or CE-10 full for solar wells; CE-04 Full or CE-04(ii) or CE-04(vii) for flood protection). Valid FBR registration and KPRA registration are mandatory. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as scanned CDR in the name of Executive Engineer Charsadda Irrigation Division. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal before the deadline. The last date and time for submission is 27-10-2026 up to 2:00 P.M. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 P.M. in the office of the Executive Engineer, Charsadda Irrigation Division, in presence of contractors or their representatives. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 20-10-2026 at 11:00 A.M. at the same office. One practical tip: Ensure all scanned documents including bid file, bid security, and rate analysis are compiled as separate single PDF files as required.
