Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Dera Bugti is procuring construction services for two solar-based water supply schemes located in Killi Tareez Khan Ibani Shamser and Killi Wadera Behram Khan Shambani Neelagh Sharqi, both in District Dera Bugti. This procurement is part of the PSDP 2025-26 and involves the complete construction of solar-powered water supply systems to improve local water infrastructure.
The technical scope includes the installation of solar panels, HDPE pipes, and associated water supply infrastructure. The project requires adherence to international standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:201, ISO 45001:2018, PSQCA Certificate, and ASTM F714 among others. The tender also specifies the use of product conformance certificates and pipe testing protocols to ensure quality. The work is expected to be completed within three months.
Eligible bidders must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and discipline, renewed for the financial year 2024-25. They must also be registered with tax authorities including BRA, NTN, and Sales Tax Department, and be active filers on the ATL of FBR. Experience requirements include completion of at least three similar assignments with proven financial capacity. Only manufacturers can participate for the supply of pipes.
The tender fee is PKR 1500 per work, payable via green challan to the National Bank of Pakistan. Earnest money of 2% is required. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the B-PPRA website or obtained upon payment of the tender fee. Submission deadline is **13-05-2026 at 12:00 PM**, with bid opening at 1:00 PM the same day.
