Construction of Store and Living Room at Saddle Club at NUST Campus Sector H-12 Islamabad

The Works Directorate of the National University of Science & Technology (NUST) invites sealed bids for the construction of a Store and Living Room at the Saddle Club located within the NUST Campus Sector H-12, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is being conducted under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Demolition of plain cement concrete - Excavation in hard soil up to 1.5 meters depth - Bottoming/sub base using soil aggregates - Earth filling in foundation and trenches - Termite proofing of new buildings - Providing and laying lean concrete - Supply and fixing of deformed bars Grade-60 - RCC works in roof slabs, columns, beams, stairs, and other structural elements - Burnt brick work in walls - Cement plastering - Distempering with polyvinyl distemper - Supply and fixing of aluminium sliding windows and fly screens - Supply and fixing of uPVC doors and aluminium door closers - Application of elastomeric cementitious waterproofing coating - Supply and fixing of PPR pipes and fittings - Supply and fixing of sanitary fittings including wash hand basin, WC, shower set, water heater - Supply and fixing of electrical works including wiring, switches, sockets, LED lights, fans, and MCCBs - Supply and fixing of wall mounted wooden cabinets, steel doors, and saddle racks The scope covers all civil and electrical works as per detailed specifications and market rates provided in the bidding documents. The site is located at NUST Campus Sector H-12, Islamabad, and bidders are advised to visit the site to assess conditions before bidding. Eligibility criteria include valid registrations such as NADRA CNIC/NICOP for individuals, FBR NTN for firms, and PEC registration for companies. A tender fee of Rs 3,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Director Works NUST is required. A bid security of 2% of the bid value must be submitted as Banker's Cheque, Pay Order, or Demand Draft. An affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and non-litigation on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 100 is also required. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS v2.0 portal by Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 02:00 PM. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted to the Works Directorate at NUST Sector H-12, Islamabad. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM via EPADS. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The contract duration is 90 days from the commencement date, expected on August 31, 2026. Performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price is required in acceptable forms such as Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees against actual invoices or running bills.
