Tender Description

The Urban Area Development Authority Dera Ismail Khan is procuring construction services for streets along with drainage systems, solar lighting, and beautification activities in various Union Councils of D.I. Khan district. This project includes infrastructure improvements such as street construction, installation of solar lights, drainage works, and enhancement of green spaces and monuments. The scope covers multiple locations within the southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank, and D.I. Khan itself. Eligible bidders must be registered with EPADS, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-2027 under category C-5, and have active registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Additionally, enlistment with the Provincial Enlistment Committee KP and UADA D.I. Khan for the financial year 2026-27 is mandatory.
