Construction of Tehsil Building Complexes in Mohmand, Orakzai, and North Waziristan

The Communication and Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids for the construction of Tehsil Building Complexes under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Investment & Institutional Support Project (KP-RIISP). The bidding documents are available in English and can be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 20,000 via irrevocable letter of credit or call deposit receipt (CDR). Alternatively, bidders may download the documents free of cost from the official C&W website. Eligible bidders should have relevant PEC categories and be registered with FBR and ATL. Experience in similar civil construction projects is essential. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or CDR. The bid security amounts are PKR 12.70 million for Package-7, PKR 15.00 million for Package-8, and PKR 15.30 million for Package-9. Bidders must also demonstrate plans to employ unskilled and semi-skilled labor from local communities. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 27 July 2026 at 11:00 hours at the Project Implementation Unit office in Peshawar. The deadline for bid submission is 17 August 2026 at 11:00 hours, with technical bids opening at 11:30 hours the same day. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
