Construction of Tehsildar Office and Tehsildar Residence at Proposed Subdivision Murgha Kibzai, Zhob District

The Communications and Works Public Health Department, District Zhob, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for the construction of a Tehsildar Office and Tehsildar Residence at the proposed subdivision in Murgha Kibzai, Zhob District. This procurement is for the financial year 2026 and will be executed based on the Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Tehsildar Office (1 unit) - Construction of Tehsildar Residence (1 unit) at Proposed Subdivision Murgha Kibzai, Zhob District The technical scope includes all civil works required for the construction of the office and residential building, including structural, finishing, and associated site development as per approved drawings and specifications. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids are required. All bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) electronic procurement system. The estimated cost for this project is PKR 40,000,000. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any government agency. A valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-5 or above (up to Rs. 150 million) for 2026-27 is mandatory. Earnest Money/ Bid Security of 3 percent of the estimated cost must be deposited in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender fee is PKR 1,500. Bidders must submit a Power of Attorney on a judicial stamp paper and provide all required documentation as per the notice. The last date for bid submission is 12 November 2026 at 11:00 AM through the BPPRA e-procurement portal. Tender opening will be held on the same day at the District Zhob office.
