Construction of Tower Foundation, Erection, Stringing and Dismantling of 132 kV Transmission Line Murree-Chattarkalas

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) through its Project Management Unit (PMU) invites bids for the construction of tower foundations at locations No. 11 and 12, along with erection, stringing, and dismantling of existing towers of the 132 kV Transmission Line Murree-Chattarkalas. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is based in Murree, Punjab. The scope includes installation of tower foundations, erection of 132 kV double circuit towers, stringing of conductors and shield wires, installation of insulators and dampers, and dismantling of existing towers and conductors with return to store. Items being procured: - Tower Foundations Installation (4 Footings) - Erection of 132 kV D/C Tower Type ZM-60 (1 No.) - 03 Meter Leg Extension (1 No.) - Stringing of Conductor, Shield Wire and Installation of Insulators & Dampers (0.5 Km) - Destringing/Restringing of 1 No. galvanized steel wire 9mm dia (0.5 Km) - Dismantling of Existing Towers/Conductor along with hardware (131,000 Kg) - Dismantling of existing Lynx conductor with accessories (1,023.03 Kg) The technical scope covers excavation in various soil and rock conditions, dewatering, stub setting, leveling, slope protection, fixing grounding sets, transportation of materials from stores to site, and installation as per specifications. The project duration is 45 days after contract signing. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration with Category C-6 specialization codes CE-10 & EE-05, FBR registration, and experience in similar 132 kV or higher voltage transmission line projects. Bidders must demonstrate financial capacity with minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 8 million and net worth of Rs. 4 million. The bid security must be submitted as Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by August 4, 2026, 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted.
