Construction of Tower Pile Foundations with Erection & Allied Stringing for Breakdown at 132KV D/C T/Line Ludewala to S.P Noon – Bhera (GSO Emergency Work)

The Office of PD GSC FESCO (Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO)) invites sealed bids for the construction of Tower Pile Foundations along with erection and allied stringing to attend the breakdown at 132KV D/C Transmission Line from 220/132KV Grid Station Ludewala to 132KV Grid Station S.P Noon – Bhera under Tender No.44 (Ref: P144813). This emergency work is located in Faisalabad city, Punjab province. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of building, bridge and other structure including dressing, refilling, watering and ramming (229.58 Cum) - Cement concrete plain compacting, finishing and curing (18.756 Cum) - Reinforced cement concrete work including steel reinforcement, bending, binding, shuttering, curing and finishing (45.304 Cum) - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement for RCC (2844 Kg) - Bitumen coating to plastered or cement concrete surface with minimum two coats (58.88 Sqm) - Mobilization and demobilization of crew with tools and plants for marshy site conditions - Transportation and erection of ZM-1+3M type tower with welding, painting and finishing - Transportation and erection of ZM-30 type tower with welding, painting and finishing - Stringing of Cuckoo Conductor (06-No wires) with sagging, clipping, installation of S.B Dampers and shield wire at ZM-1+3M type tower - Stringing of Cuckoo Conductor (06-No wires) with sagging, dead-end, jumpering, installation of S.B Dampers and shield wire at ZM-30 type tower - Repairing of damaged ACSR Cuckoo Conductor The scope includes all civil works, erection, stringing, and allied activities as per WAPDA standard specifications. The site is marshy requiring special mobilization and management. Bidders must have PEC registration with C-6 category and codes CE-10, CE-02 & EE-05, active NTN, PRA registration, and relevant experience with at least two similar contracts of 40% value completed in last 10 years. Bid security of 5% of BOQ amount is required in form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit or Demand Draft. The contract duration is 27 days with a performance guarantee of 10% of contract price. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 portal before Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 11:30 AM PKT.
