This procurement is for the construction of a Trauma Center located near Saeed Abad, Khanqah Sirajia, P.O WAPDA Colony, Chashma, under the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) in Mianwali district, Punjab. The project involves comprehensive civil works including architectural, structural, and plumbing components as detailed in the architectural drawings and engineering notes.
The scope covers construction of various specialized rooms such as ICU, O.T, trauma wards, emergency and triage areas, reception, waiting areas, staff rooms, laboratories, and medicine sections. The building includes detailed structural elements like concealed beams, lintel levels, plinth beams, and reinforced concrete works. Plumbing works include overhead water tanks and drainage systems.
