District Council Jhelum invites bids through Punjab E-PADS for multiple construction and rehabilitation works in District Jhelum. These works are spread across various locations in Tehsils Dina and Sohawa within District Jhelum. The projects require compliance with local government works rules and standards. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors on Punjab E-PADS with valid PEC categories suitable for civil works. FBR registration and NTN compliance are mandatory. Experience in similar civil construction projects will be advantageous. Earnest money in the form of CDR or pay order is required as bid security. The bids must be submitted online via Punjab E-PADS portal by or before 03:00 PM on 27-07-2026. The bid opening will be held the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the District Council Jhelum office. Original CDR must be submitted physically before the closing date. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid documents are complete, item-wise, and clearly readable.
