Construction of Underground Water Tank and External Water Supply Network at AFOHS New Malir Karachi

Sealed bids are invited from eligible contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-4 or above under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure (Technical & Financial) for works at AFOHS New Malir, Karachi. Items being procured: - Construction of 500,000 Gallon Underground Water Tank including Pump room with Pumping Sets at AFOHS Complex, New Malir (Completion Time: 06 Months) - Supply and Laying of External Water Supply Network for C-Type Houses CB-30 (Completion Time: 03 Months) The technical scope includes construction of a large underground water tank with associated pump room and pumping sets, as well as installation of an external water supply network for residential units. Interested firms must be registered with PEC in category C-4 or above, have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, possess a valid National Tax Number Certificate (NTN), and be active taxpayers with FBR. Tender documents can be obtained from 24 August 2026 upon submission of a non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 10,000 for the water tank work and Rs. 6,000 for the water supply network work, payable to Directorate of Housing (Proj-II), Air Headquarters, Islamabad. Completed bids along with required documents must reach the office of ADH (Dett), New Malir by 31 August 2026 at 1100 hours. Tender opening will be held the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of bidders. The Falcon Complex New Malir reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
