Sanitation, Construction, and Development Works for Swabi Area Development Project 2026-27

The Public Health Engineering Division Swabi, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids through EPADS for multiple sanitation, construction, and development works under the Swabi Area Development Project for the year 2026-27. These works are funded under ADP.250727 (NHP) and ADP.250727 (NHP) Block Provision for Project to be Funded from TDC. The scope includes sanitation and allied works at various locations including Saleem Khan VC-I, VC-II, VC-III, UC Maini VC-I, VC-II, VC-III, and VC-III UC Maini and surrounding areas. Additionally, repair and rehabilitation works at Gar Munara and sanitation schemes at Baba Khel and Village Tandkoi are included. Further works cover construction and rehabilitation of roads and infrastructure at Dalori Gadoon Janazgah, Hafizabad Kotha Janazgah, Malakabad Janazgah, Ali Zai Shaheedan Topi Janazgah, Utla Gadoon Janazgah, and Salman Farsi Madrassa Janazgah At Topi. Development initiatives funded by tobacco cess in growing regions include street pavement and drainage systems at UC Zaida Ward-I, Ward-II, Ward-III, and Ward-IV, drainage systems, sanitation schemes at Tandkoi and adjoining areas, and improvement of Shahbaz Garh Janazgah at UC Tordher PH-II. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest money as specified per lot must be submitted in the form of CDR or Pay Order. The tender follows a single stage single envelope procedure with technical and financial bids submitted together. The deadline for submission is 9th November 2026 by 12:00 PM, with bids opening the same day at 12:00 PM. Bids must be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Swabi.
