Construction and Up-gradation of Educational Buildings in Hala

The Education Works Division Matiari has announced a tender for construction and up-gradation works in Hala, Sindh. The projects involve building and compound wall construction with a completion period of 12 months. The estimated cost for each project ranges from Rs. 2.934 million to Rs. 3 million. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals in sealed envelopes as per the Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure. Eligibility criteria require PEC registration in the relevant specialization, valid electrical contractor license for Mirpurkhas region, active FBR NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registration. Experience in similar works with minimum turnover and technical staff qualifications is mandatory. Bidding documents are available on the E-PADS portal and must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 13.08.2026.
