Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) through its Civil Works Division invites electronic bids via E-PADS under the 'Single Stage One Envelope' tendering procedure for various construction and upgradation works at multiple 132 KV Grid Stations across Lahore. Bidding is open to all eligible construction companies duly licensed and renewed for the year 2026-27 or renewed for year 2025-26 with deposit slip for year 2026-27 by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Bids must be submitted physically by 28-04-2026 at 03:00 PM to the Deputy Manager Civil Works Division LESCO office at 132 KV Grid Station PWR Main Bazar Cantt Shahu Lahore. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM through E-PADS. The tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Method. Bidders not meeting post qualification criteria will be declared non-responsive. Bidding documents are available for reading and downloading on LESCO website and PPRA E-PADS portal. Original bid security in acceptable form must be submitted physically and scanned copy uploaded on E-PADS. A 10% performance security after contract award is required within 28 days. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC license and FBR registration are up to date and submit your bid security in the exact form and amount as specified in the bidding documents to avoid disqualification. Timely physical submission is critical as late bids will not be accepted.
