Construction of Urban Facilities & Services for Rejuvenating Master Plan of Sui Town (P-II)

The Sui Master Plan department invites eligible bidders for the construction of urban facilities and services aimed at rejuvenating the Master Plan of Sui Town (Phase II) for the year 2026. This procurement is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates with a tender fee of 5000 PKR. Items being procured: - Construction of Urban Facilities & Services for Rejuvenating Master Plan of Sui Town (P-II) The project requires bidders to have experience in similar works with a turnover of at least PKR 2,583,166,948 in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and listed on the Active Tax Payer List. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required via Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee, and a deposit of 5000 PKR through Green Challan (Account #C02716) is mandatory.
