Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-154 Village Lalo Palari & Misri Rind Goth (Phase-3)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipe line 18'' & 12'' diameter at UC-154 Village Lalo Palari & Misri Rind Goth (Phase-3) in Hyderabad. This tender is for the execution of civil works under a development scheme with an estimated cost of **Rs. 2,964,500** and a completion period of 12 months. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipe line 18'' diameter (225 feet) - Installation of RCC pipe line 12'' diameter (225 feet) - Excavation for pipeline trenches and pits in hard soils - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 - Providing fence guards, lights, flags, and temporary crossings - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Reinforced cement concrete work including formwork and curing - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement including cutting, bending, and binding - Manufacturing & supplying of RCC manhole cover reinforced with steel bars and MS plate - Refilling excavated material in trenches with watering and ramming - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing The technical scope includes all necessary excavation, laying, jointing, and testing of RCC pipes as per ASTM standards, reinforced concrete works, and associated civil works at the specified site. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, possess valid NTN, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board registration, and demonstrate financial soundness with bank statements for the last three years. Experience of at least two similar completed works and two ongoing projects is mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000 must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit or Pay Order in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal only; manual bids will not be accepted.
