Supply and Installation of IT Infrastructure, Network System, Air Conditioner and Security Surveillance System, and Civil Renovation Works at KW&SC Police Station Karachi

The Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) invites bids for the supply and installation of IT infrastructure and network system, air conditioner and security surveillance system, and civil renovation, furnishing and interior works at the KW&SC Police Station in Karachi. This procurement is part of the financial year 2026-2027 plan and will be conducted through the EPADS website of SPPRA Sindh. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of IT infrastructure and network system at KW&SC Police Station - Supply and installation of air conditioner and security surveillance system at KW&SC Police Station - Civil renovation, furnishing and interior works of HR strategist room including dismantling, room wiring, PVC wallpaper and false ceiling at HR office KW&SC The scope includes repair and maintenance works required for the sewerage system to ensure smooth functioning and operation round the clock. The technical scope covers installation, furnishing, and interior works as specified. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), active Tax Payer List (ATL), and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration with specialization C-6 or above (EE-09). Bidders must have technical experience of carrying out at least five similar nature works completed in the last three years (July 2023 to June 2026) and meet financial turnover requirements. Key dates include the bid submission deadline on 12/10/2026 at 02:00 PM via the EPADS portal. Bid opening will be held on the same day at 02:30 PM in the office of the Accounts Officer (Project) / Secretary Technical Team, I.T, KW&SC, Karachi. Bidders must submit bid security of Rs. 60,000 and tender fees of Rs. 3,000 as specified.
