Providing and Laying Council Office Marble Work and Graffito Work at TMC Chanesar District East Karachi

Items being procured: - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (661 Cft) - Carriage of 100 Cft/5 Tons of materials like stone, aggregate, spawl, coal lime, surkhi, bricks, tiles, timber, fuel wood by trucks (15 Miles) - Cement plaster 1:6 up to 12' height 1/2" thick (1,236 Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (175 Cft) - Preparing and applying Graffito/graphic to wall surface (3,000 Sft) - Laying Afghan Ziarat white marble flooring fine dressed on surface without winding set in lime mortar 1:2 including rubbing and polishing of joints (2,273.60 Sft) The technical scope includes high-quality marble flooring and graffito work with durable, water, fire, and termite-resistant finishes. The work will be executed at the council office premises under the supervision of the Executive Engineer (B&R) TMC Chanesar District East. Eligibility criteria require contractors to have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C-6 or above with specialization code CE01, active registration with FBR/SRB for income and sales tax, a minimum bank turnover of PKR 5 million in the last five years, and a project team with at least three engineers.
