District Council Badin invites sealed tenders on schedule rate or offer rate basis for various construction works with an estimated cost over Rs. 3.0 Million each. The tender process follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under SPPRA Rule 2010 (Amended 2019). The works are located in multiple villages and union councils within Badin District, Sindh. Each scheme has an estimated cost ranging from Rs. 0.8 Million to Rs. 4.0 Million approximately, with a completion period of 6 months. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with PEC in the relevant category, hold valid SRB and NTN certificates, produce fresh E-Stamp certificates, and demonstrate relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% estimated cost in the last 5 years. Contractors must also submit earnest money deposit (CDR) of 5% of estimated cost, tender fee of Rs. 2000, and comply with all documentation and technical proposal requirements. Tender documents are available online via the EPAD system (https://enprocure.gov.pk) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000. Bids must be submitted/uploaded by 11-11-2026 10:00 AM, with opening at 10:30 AM the same day at the District Council Badin office. A second attempt opening is scheduled for 27-11-2026. Late or incomplete bids will be disqualified. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents, including bid security, technical proposals, and valid registration certificates, are complete and properly attested. Upload a scanned copy of the earnest money deposit before closing time and physically submit the original CDR at least 30 minutes before bid opening to avoid disqualification.
