Tender Description
The Municipal Committee Umerkot invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the construction of various shops in Umerkot. This procurement is managed by the Municipal Committee Umerkot located in Umerkot city, Sindh province. The estimated cost for this project is **Rs. 10,000,000** with a bid security of 5% amounting to **Rs. 500,000**. The contract duration is 12 months.

The scope includes construction works based on standard bidding documents of SPPRA, with admeasurement contracts using percentage rate/unit price in the Bill of Quantities. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, hold active NTN and ATL registration, and valid Sindh Revenue Board registration. Submission of bid security and tender fee of Rs. 3,000 in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) only; manual submissions will not be accepted.
The bid opening will take place on **09-11-2026 at 10:00 AM** at the office of Municipal Committee Umerkot.
