Construction of Watch Tower at Hangu and Kohat

The Divisional Forest Officer, Kohat Forest Division invites experienced and reputed contractors and suppliers to participate in the e-tender for construction works under the project Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Sustainable Forest Fire Mitigation and Management System in Central Southern Forest Region-I. The procurement is for two packages involving construction of watch towers at two locations: Hangu and Kohat. Items being procured: - Package A: Construction of Watch Tower at Hangu - Package B: Construction of Watch Tower at Kohat The scope includes all construction activities as per specifications for watch towers at the specified sites. Contractors must have relevant PEC codes for construction and be registered with NTN, GST, and KPPRA. Bidders must submit bids through the EPAD portal using the Single Stage Single Envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014 (Financial). Earnest money in the form of 2% CDR of the bid price is required separately for each package, along with an affidavit regarding the original CDR. Bids quoting more than 10% below engineer estimates must submit additional security as specified. All applicable taxes including Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA Taxes, and Stamp Duties will apply. The last date for submission of tender forms and bids is 5th November 2026 by 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The contract completion time will be as per work order. Bidders are advised to carefully follow all terms and conditions including registration on the EPAD portal and submission of original documents. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security CDR and affidavit are properly sealed and submitted separately as non-compliance will lead to disqualification. Also, register early on the EPAD portal to avoid last-minute issues.
