Construction of Water Supply Schemes in Killa Saifullah

The Public Health Engineering Division Killa Saifullah invites sealed rate tenders for the construction of multiple water supply schemes in Killa Saifullah district, Balochistan. The works include drilling and development of bore TSE and civil works for several schemes. Items being procured: - Construction of Water Supply Scheme Killi Abdul Rehman Alozai: Drilling & Development of Bore TSE, Civil Work TSE - Construction of WSS Killi Sardar Abdullah Jan Jogezai: Drilling & Development of Bore TSE, Civil Work TSE - Construction of Water Supply Scheme Killi Alam Near N-50: Drilling & Development of Bore TSE, Civil Work TSE - Construction of WSS Killi Zarghoon Near Balana Hotel: Drilling & Development of Bore TSE, Civil Work TSE - Construction of WSS Killi Zainullah Sanzar Abad: Drilling & Development of Bore TSE, Civil Work TSE - Construction of WSS Killi Sardar Usman Jogezai: Civil Work TSE The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rule 2014. Eligibility criteria require firms to have registration with tax authorities including FBR and Balochistan Revenue Authority, active NTN & BRA, and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category CE09 for the year 2026-27. Bidders must have completed three similar assignments in the last two years from the PHE Department and demonstrate financial capacity with a credit limit of 5.00 million PKR. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. The method of procurement is single stage, one envelope procedure. Tender documents will be issued upon presentation of requisite documents including tender fee, bid security/earnest money, valid engineering council certificate, and tax certificates. The last date for submission of documents is 8th September 2026 by 12:00 PM. Opening of tenders will be on the same day at 1:00 PM. Submission and opening will be at the office of Public Health Engineering Division Killa Saifullah.
