Construction of Women-Centric Facility (Waiting Room) at Judicial Complex Shahdadkot

The District & Sessions Court Kamber-Shahdadkot at Kamber is procuring construction services for a Women-Centric Facility (Waiting Room) at the Judicial Complex in Shahdadkot, Sindh. This project is funded by the Access to Justice Development Fund under the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan and aims to provide a dedicated waiting area for women, enhancing the judicial infrastructure in the district. The technical scope includes excavation, cement concrete works, masonry, RCC structural elements, steel reinforcement, plastering, painting, electrical wiring, and installation of fixtures as per detailed specifications. The facility will be constructed within a 3-month period at the Judicial Complex site. The contractor must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialized code CE-10, hold valid registrations with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, and demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience with an average annual turnover equal to or exceeding the estimated cost. Bidding documents are available on the SPPRA's ePADS Portal with a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order/Demand Draft of PKR 200,000 must accompany the bid. Bids will be submitted and opened online via the ePADS Portal. The technical bids will be opened first on 2nd June 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Kamber. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later as notified. Bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria, including PEC registration, tax status, and technical capacity.
