The Public Health Engineering Division Washuk invites sealed percentage rate tenders for composite schedule of rates 2026 for Government of Balochistan and prevailing market rates. The tenders are for the year 2026-27 with 2% Bid Security / Earnest money of estimated cost of each work. Items being procured: - Construction of WSS for Dal Washuk including D/D of Bore, construction of boundary wall and construction of OHSR 20000 gallons capacity tank (Package-I and Package-II), S/I of Solar System, providing and laying of pipe line (Package-I, II) - Mega Water Supply Scheme for Siazorai Basima including D/D of Bore, construction of boundary wall and construction of OHSR 20000 gallons capacity tank, S/I of Solar System, providing and laying of pipe line (Package-I, II, III) - Construction of WSS for Ghareebabad Nag Tehsil Nag including D/D of Bore, construction of boundary wall and construction of OHSR 20000 gallons capacity tank, S/I of Solar System, providing and laying of pipe line The technical scope includes drilling, civil work, solar system installation, pipe laying, and construction of overhead storage tanks. The works are located in Washuk district, Balochistan. Eligibility requires valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category with renewal up to 30th June 2026, registration with tax authorities (NTN & sales tax), registration with Balochistan Revenue Department (ATL), FBR registration, proof of last 3 years experience in relevant field, completion certificate of similar work, and affidavit of non-blacklisting. Authorized representatives must have PEC code i.e. FE11 (Solar). Joint venture is not accepted. Earnest money/security deposit of 2% of estimated cost is required in shape of green challan form deposited in NBP Washuk under head of account C-2725-02. Tender documents will be issued to contractors/firms/authorized firms after publication of notice at BPPRA website and submission of required documents. Submission deadline is 31-08-2026 till 12:00 PM. Financial bids will be opened on 01-09-2026 at 12:00 PM in presence of manufacturers/firms/company or their authorized representatives.
