Construction of WSS and Solar System, Western Bypass, Sewerage, Drainage, and Street Lighting in Quetta

The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites electronic bids for construction works under the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date for the year 2025-28. The works include: - Construction of WSS and Solar System at Western Bypass - Construction of BT Road - Sewerage and Tuff Tile at Hazara Town - Abdul Khaliq Road and Construction of Drain and Tuff Tile at Killi Muslim - Abad Syed Colony Sabzal Road Quetta - Lying Tuff Tiles and Solar Street Lights and Home Solar for Hindu Communities of Quetta The procurement will be conducted in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014, amended. Eligibility requires firms to have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-5 or above and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) with Income Tax and FBR presence for at least three years. Bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature. A bid security of 3% in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. The tender processing fee is Rs. 2500/- plus Rs. 2000/- deposit fee to be paid in government treasury under head C-03870 through Green Challan Form at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). Bids must be submitted electronically by 9th October 2026 at 09:00 AM through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 10:00 PM on the ePPS system. The place of issuance and submission is the Office of the Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division. Bid validity period is ninety (90) days.
