The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites proposals for the procurement of consultancy services related to the construction supervision and allied activities for a major transmission line project. This opportunity is specifically for the supervision, verification of contractor's invoices, and testing and commissioning of a 220 kV double circuit twin bundle transmission line. The line will run from Mohmand Dam Hydropower Project (HPP) to the existing 220 kV Nowshera Industrial Grid Station, covering an approximate distance of 67 kilometers. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for construction supervision of 220 kV double circuit twin bundle transmission line (approx. 67 km) - Verification of contractor's invoices - Testing and commissioning of the transmission line The technical scope includes comprehensive oversight of all construction activities, ensuring quality control, and verifying all contractor submissions and invoices. The consultant will also be responsible for the final testing and commissioning of the transmission line to ensure it meets all operational standards. The project is significant in scale and requires expertise in high-voltage transmission infrastructure. Eligible bidders must be registered consultancy firms with relevant experience in transmission line supervision and commissioning. Firms should be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and may be required to provide evidence of similar completed projects.
