Consultancy for Detailed Architectural, Structural Design and Construction Supervision of Court Buildings at Moro

The Works & Services Department Government of Sindh invites consultancy services for the detailed architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing designs, furniture fixtures, and allied works along with detailed supervision of construction for four court buildings at Moro city in Sindh. This procurement is specifically for a lead architectural firm in collaboration with a consultant firm to provide comprehensive engineering consultancy including preparation of engineering estimates, bidding documents, and detailed construction supervision. The scope includes architectural planning, detailed structural design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing designs, and furniture fixture works. The consultant will also be responsible for detailed supervision of construction, installations, and allied works of the scheme. The project requires firms registered with PEC/PCATP with A-1 category and valid registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Firms must have relevant experience and submit technical and financial proposals as per the RFP document. The submission deadline for proposals is **26-05-2026** by 11:00 AM at the office of the Superintending Engineer (Judicial Works)/PM&IU Works & Services Department Government of Sindh. Financial proposals must be accompanied by Earnest Money/ Bid Security of 2% of the total bid value and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The validity of proposals should be 90 days from the date of bid opening.
