Consultancy and Construction Works at Pakistan Navy Construction Dockyard Karachi

Pakistan Navy Military Engineer Services invites applications for pre-qualification and tenders for various consultancy and construction works at the GE (Navy) Construction Dockyard Karachi. The scope includes consultancy for repair and refurbishment of the existing Portal Crane Track installed at Marine Railway PN Dockyard, provision of furniture for construction of C&CC Security Enclave at PN Dockyard, external electrification for construction of New NCMA Building at NSSD Area, provision of 300 KVA Transformer for the same building, external water supply provision, furniture for PND and PNAD, repair and replacement work for GE (N) Construction Dockyard office, minor maintenance work, and miscellaneous consultancy contracts. Items being procured: - Consultancy for repair/refurbishment of Portal Crane Track - Furniture for C&CC Security Enclave - External electrification for New NCMA Building - 300 KVA Transformer for New NCMA Building - External water supply for New NCMA Building - Furniture at PND, PNAD - Repair/replacement work for GE (N) Const Dockyard office - Miscellaneous minor/maintenance work - Miscellaneous consultancy contract The works are to be carried out at the Pakistan Navy Construction Dockyard Karachi. Contractors must be on the approved MES list or other government departments with relevant experience. Valid Registration Certificates from Pakistan Engineering Council, bank statements, GST registration, and NTN certificates are required. Contractors not on the MES approved list or suspended must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated bid cost in the form of FDR/CDR pledged to GE (Navy) Const Dockyard Karachi. This earnest money is refundable. Tenders must be received by 1130 hours on 5th October 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. Contractors may be present at the opening. Specifications, drawings, and abstracts can be obtained free of charge during working hours from the GE (Navy) Construction Dockyard Karachi office.
