Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department Peshawar is inviting proposals from shortlisted consultancy firms for the feasibility study and design of the blacktopping of the road from N-55 (FATA University) to N-5 Main Torkham Road via Dwa Jangi, Dora, Fort Slop, Shimkoo, and Chora, covering a total length of 43 kilometers. This opportunity is open to firms already shortlisted for the Roads Sector by the C&W Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

- Feasibility Study and Design for Blacktopping of Road from N-55 (FATA University) to N-5 Main Torkham Road via Dwa Jangi, Dora, Fort Slop, Shimkoo, Chora (43 KM), ADP Number: 2212-260405 (2026-27)
The technical scope includes a comprehensive feasibility study and detailed design for the specified road segment. Firms must demonstrate maximum experience in detailed design work for government sector road projects, as this will be a key factor during technical and combined evaluation. The selection will be made using the Quality-cum Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method as per the criteria outlined in the RFP documents.
Eligibility requirements include registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority for both consulting and non-consulting services, as per KPPRA Rules 37(A). All bidders must submit both technical and financial proposals (original plus one copy each) by the deadline of 11-09-2026 at 12:00 noon. A non-refundable cash payment of **5000 PKR** is required for obtaining RFP documents, which are available from the office of the undersigned at least three days before the closing date.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 05-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of C&W Highway Division Khyber. For best results, ensure your technical proposal clearly highlights relevant experience in government sector road design and addresses all terms of reference. Early collection of RFP documents is recommended to allow ample time for preparation.
