Hiring of Individual Consultants for Project Management Unit and City Implementation Units

The Local Government Elections & Rural Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for hiring services of individual consultants for the Project Management Unit (PMU) and City Implementation Units (CIUs) under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cities Improvement Project (KPCIP) based in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Procurement and Contract Management Specialist (PMU) - 1 position - Social Safeguarded Specialist (PMU and CIUs - Abbottabad, Swat, Mardan, and Peshawar) - 5 positions - Environmental Safeguarded Specialist (PMU) - 1 position The scope includes providing expert consultancy services in procurement, contract management, social safeguards, and environmental safeguards aligned with ADB and GoP guidelines. Consultants must have relevant academic qualifications and extensive experience, preferably 12 years, in their respective fields, including familiarity with FIDIC contracts, ADB safeguards policies, and project implementation in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with donors such as ADB and World Bank and overseas relevant experience.
