Consultancy Services for Design Review and Construction Supervision of Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town (Phase II-III)

This Request for Proposal invites bids for Consultancy Services for the Design Review and Construction Supervision of Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town (Phase II-III) under the Project Director Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town in Turbat, Balochistan. The procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for the design review and construction supervision of improvement and development of infrastructure of Buleda Town (Phase II-III). The consultancy firm must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and BRA, hold a valid PEC/PCAD registration as a Consulting Engineering Firm, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. The bidder must be certified with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and have valid legal entity registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. The bid security required is 2% of the estimated cost, submitted manually to the procuring agency prior to the bid submission deadline. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Financial proposals will be opened only for those consultants whose technical proposals are approved. Selection will be based on the Evaluation Criteria method as detailed in the Request for Proposal document. The RFP documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website (www.bppra.gob.pk). The last date for bid submission is 30 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. All tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the undersigned.
