Items being procured: - Consultancy services for development of business transformation and optimization plan for Pakistan Post (1 quantity) The scope includes institutional and diagnostic assessment, market assessment and international benchmarking, business strategy and service transformation, modernization of postal operations and infrastructure, asset optimization and property monetization, digital transformation strategy, postal financial services and postal digital bank feasibility, postal aviation and integrated logistics, financial modelling and investment planning, institutional reform and implementation framework, and preparation of a comprehensive business plan with implementation roadmap.
