Consultancy Services for Development of Business Transformation and Optimization Plan for Pakistan Post

The Directorate General Pakistan Post has reserved funds for the procurement planned for FY 2026-27. The Directorate General Pakistan Post invites eligible bidders to apply for part of the procurement of consultancy services to cover payments under the contract for the 'consultancy services for development of business transformation and optimization plan for Pakistan Post' with the reference of '102751'. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure of Principal Method of Procurement and will be used by adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique for the subject procurement, in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and any Regulations and Instructions issued by the Authority from time to time. Proposals will be opened on the same day at Tuesday, October 13, 2026 02:00 PM. Manual submission of RFPs shall not be entertained.
