Consultancy Services for Construction of RCC Bridge Jankas Barkot District Dir Upper

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites consultancy services for the construction of an RCC bridge at Jankas Barkot in District Dir Upper. The Executive Engineer C&W Division Dir Upper intends to hire an engineering consulting firm through the EPADS electronic procurement system for supervision consultancy services under the provincial ADP. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for construction supervision of RCC Bridge at Jankas Barkot District Dir Upper The scope includes supervision consultancy for the RCC bridge construction project, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards. The firm will be selected under the Quality Cum Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method as per standard bidding documents. All bidders must be registered with PEC and the C&W Department (Roads Sector) and registered with FBR/KPRA. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and a hard copy manually to the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Dir Upper. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 28/09/2026 at 11:00 AM at the office. Technical bids will be opened on 30/09/2026 at 12:30 PM, with proposal submission deadline at 12:00 PM the same day. The RFP documents and TORs are available on EPADS and at the office of the undersigned. A non-refundable cash payment of Rs. 5000 is required to obtain documents at least one day before the closing date. Bidders should ensure all required documents are scanned and uploaded with the bid on EPADS. The bid opening will be conducted in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
