The CWPP&H Department Quetta invites proposals for Consultancy Services for Construction and Rehabilitation of District-Level Offices/Residences under PSDP No. Z2026.0603. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Items being procured: - Consultancy Services for Construction and Rehabilitation of District-Level Offices/Residences, PSDP No. Z2026.0603 The consultancy involves preparation and supervision of construction and rehabilitation works for district-level offices and residences. The bidding firm must be a Consulting Engineering Firm registered with PEC and must have valid registration with FBR for Income Tax and BRA. The firm should have experience with at least 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 18,400,000. The firm must have completed at least one similar project involving residences, district complexes, or offices under an umbrella scheme covering multiple districts. Documentary evidence including completion certificates or experience certificates issued by relevant government departments is required. Tender fee applies for bidding documents. Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a CDR from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Financial proposals will only be opened for technically qualified consultants. Selection will be based on evaluation criteria as per the Request for Proposal document. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered. The last date for bid submission is 17 November 2026 by 10:45 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:45 AM at the office of the Chief Officer CWPP&H Department Quetta.
