The consultancy scope includes formulating a future state data strategy aligned with NBP's business priorities, recommending organizational structures, performing holistic discovery and requirement gathering, proposing scalable architectures, estimating budgetary costs, benchmarking industry best practices, recommending data governance frameworks, and assisting in RFP development and vendor assessment.
Eligibility criteria include registration with SECP, NTN/FTN registration, active taxpayer status with FBR, registration with relevant tax authorities, audited financial statements showing minimum revenue of 500 million PKR over last three years, profitability for last three years, minimum 7 years in services business, no blacklisting, and provision of consultancy/implementation services for similar projects for at least one Islamic or commercial bank in last 5 years. Affidavits are required for declarations and confirmations.
EOI submissions must be made through the E-PADS portal by Tuesday, July 07, 2026, 3:00 PM. The proposal will be opened the same day at 3:30 PM in presence of procurement committee and representatives of consulting/technology firms. Shortlisted consultants will be invited for submission of technical and financial proposals.
This opportunity is based in Karachi under the National Bank of Pakistan. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria and submit their EOIs timely through the specified electronic portal. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare all required documentation, especially audited financials and proof of relevant experience, to avoid disqualification at the initial evaluation stage.
