Consultancy Services for Establishment of R&D/Outreach Centers at Narowal by University of Agriculture Faisalabad

The University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) invites E-Tenders / Requests for Proposal (RFPs) from consulting firms duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and included in the Prequalified List of the Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab (Sector: Infrastructure & Structural Engineering, Sub-Sector: Building) for the current financial year. The consultancy services are required for Detailed Design, Master Planning, and Resident Supervision of development projects (Civil Works Component) through the Punjab e-Procurement System, implemented by PPRA with effect from 01-07-2026. Items being procured: - Model Seed Research & Outreach Station Narowal under the project titled 'Quality Seed Production under supply to the Farming Community for Ensuring Food Security in Pakistan (Revised)' with Tentative Cost of Civil Work Rs. 542.914 Million, Estimated Consultancy Cost Rs. 5.429 Million for Design Phase and Rs. 10.858 Million for Resident Type Supervision, Bid Security 2% Rs. 325,740/- - PKNC Regional Outreach Research Center at Narowal under the Project titled 'Establishment of Pak Korea Nutrition Center (PKNC) to improve child and community (Revised)' with Tentative Cost of Civil Work Rs. 161.071 Million, Estimated Consultancy Cost Rs. 1.610 Million for Design Phase and Rs. 3.221 Million for Resident Type Supervision, Bid Security 2% Rs. 96,620/- The scope includes detailed design, master planning, and resident supervision of the civil works for these centers. Firms must be registered with PEC and included in the Punjab Planning & Development Board's prequalified list for the relevant sector and sub-sector. Financial proposals must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the deadline. Key dates include submission on or before 01-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. A bid security of 2% of the estimated consultancy cost is required in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank in favor of Executive Engineer (ECD-P), UAF. Conditional bids or those without required bid security will be rejected. Bidders should download bidding documents free of cost from the UAF website or PPRA website. The bidding process follows Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
