Hiring of Consultancy Services for Marketing Study of Coal-Based Downstream Products and Supply of Flame Detector & Combustible Gas Detector Controller

Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) invites bids for multiple tenders including hiring of consultancy services for a marketing study of coal-based downstream products in Kandhkot, Sindh. The tenders also include supply and installation of flame detector and combustible gas detector controller, admin cum account & external liaison officer services, and supply of pipes & fittings. Items being procured: - Hiring of consultancy services for marketing study of coal-based downstream products - Supply of flame detector & combustible gas detector controller - Admin cum account & external liaison officer services - Supply of pipes & fittings - Follow rehabilitation and repair work for feeder line from Dhok Sultan-03 to oil handling facility and access road - Red Hat Linux subscription The scope covers technical consultancy, supply of safety and detection equipment, and repair works related to pipeline infrastructure. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. Earnest money and bid security as per PPRA rules are required. Closing and opening dates have been extended for some tenders. For example, supply of corrosion coupon fittings, pipe fittings, valves & accessories, wellhead chokes & accessories, and supply & installation of controllers for diesel engine driven fire pump at Kandhkot Field now close on 07 October 2026 at 15:00 hours.
