Hiring of Consultancy Services for Survey, Design, and Supervision of Solarization of Drinking Water Supply Schemes

The Public Health Engineering Division-II, Peshawar, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites qualified consultants to provide consultancy services for the project titled 'Survey/Feasibility-Study, Design /Design-Review and Supervision of Solarization of Drinking Water Supply Schemes' under ADP No. 251268. This procurement is conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the EPADS online system. Items being procured: - Survey and Feasibility Study - Design and Design Review - Supervision of Solarization of Drinking Water Supply Schemes Interested firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) bearing relevant codes, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) are eligible to participate. The Request for Proposal (RFP) document can be downloaded from the EPADS/KP-PPRA website before the closing date. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS by 5th October 2026 at 1100 hours. Technical proposals will be downloaded and evaluated on or after 5th October 2026 at 1130 hours by the Procuring Committee. A bid declaration certificate must be uploaded on EPADS before submission, confirming that the hired consultant will submit a performance security of 10% of the consultancy charges in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from Schedule Banks of Pakistan. Financial proposals will be downloaded after technical evaluation, and the date of financial opening will be communicated to the qualified consultants. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Chief Engineer (Centre), Public Health Engineering Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, at Plot 40, Sector B-II, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar on 21st September 2026 at 1100 hours. Clarifications and queries may be submitted through EPADS. This tender requires firms to have valid PEC registration, KPRA and FBR compliance, and relevant experience. Earnest money and bid security requirements are detailed in the RFP. The Procuring Committee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals with cogent reasons. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the EPADS submission guidelines and ensure timely uploading of all required documents to avoid disqualification.
