Hiring of Infrastructure Automation, Commissioning and Project Management Office (PMO) Services

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites proposals for the hiring of Infrastructure Automation, Commissioning and Project Management Office (PMO) services. This opportunity is open to experienced firms and consultants who can deliver comprehensive solutions for automation, commissioning, and project management in line with the authority's requirements. Items being procured: - Infrastructure Automation Services - Commissioning Services - Project Management Office (PMO) Services The technical scope includes the implementation of IT-based automation, efficient commissioning of infrastructure projects, and establishment of a robust PMO to oversee and manage ongoing and future projects. The selected firm will be responsible for providing end-to-end solutions, ensuring compliance with all technical and regulatory standards, and supporting the authority in achieving operational excellence. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms should demonstrate relevant experience in similar projects, and must submit their proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP document. Earnest Money and other bid securities, if required, are to be submitted as per the RFP instructions. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal no later than 07 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained. The opening of proposals will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM through the EPADS v2.0 system.
