Consultancy Services for Expression of Interest from NGOs in Poverty Alleviation and Food Security

The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited is procuring consultancy services through an Expression of Interest from eligible NGOs to provide services in poverty alleviation, livelihood, education, and technical trainings related to agriculture such as seed development and food security domains in Karachi, Sindh. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to engage NGOs with proven experience and capacity to implement CSR initiatives effectively. The scope includes identifying proposed CSR initiatives with detailed implementation plans, providing rationale and justification for societal and environmental impacts, and delivering presentations covering timelines, budgets, and resource mobilization. The consultancy will require collaboration with multiple stakeholders and a comprehensive approach to poverty alleviation and food security. Eligible bidders must be registered NGOs with valid FBR and ATL registration, have a minimum of 2-3 years collaboration experience with NGOs, donors, or government agencies, and a proven track record of similar work across Pakistan.
