The Communication & Works Division Malakand is inviting consultancy services for the establishment of a Government Girls Degree College at Batkhela, District Malakand. This procurement is specifically for design vetting and supervision of the Government Girls Degree College Batkhela. Items being procured: - Design Vetting - Supervision of Government Girls Degree College Batkhela The scope of work involves providing professional engineering consulting services through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). The consultancy firm will be responsible for ensuring the design quality and supervising the construction works under the Provincial ADP # 829/250289 for the financial year 2026-27. The project is located in Batkhela, which is in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). The firm or joint venture will be selected based on a quality cum cost-based selection (QCBS) method as per the request for proposal documents.
