Tender Description

The Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company Pvt Ltd (PRIMACO), acting on behalf of the Employees' Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), is procuring consultancy services for the preparation of preliminary reports, detailed design, PC-I, bidding documents, evaluation of bids, and top supervision for the construction of high-end luxury apartments at Plot No. 54, Main Gulberg, Lahore. This assignment involves comprehensive consultancy covering architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire fighting, vertical transportation, IT, building management system, landscaping, and interior design services. The consultant will also assist in obtaining necessary approvals from LDA, CAA, and other relevant authorities, prepare detailed bidding documents, conduct bid evaluations, and provide top supervision during construction and defects liability periods. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC, PCATP, and LDA, be active taxpayers on the FBR's Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and not be blacklisted. The consultancy requires experienced professionals with relevant licenses and a proven track record in similar high-end apartment projects.
