This procurement covers comprehensive consultancy services aimed at assessing, designing, and optimizing the IT Service Management (ITSM) framework in alignment with international standards and PSO's internal policies. Items being procured: - Consultancy Services including GAP Assessment and Foundation and Design - Phase 1: Assessment and Vision involving comprehensive ITSM maturity assessment against ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, development of ITSM policy, governance, and service improvement roadmap - Deliverables: ITSM Maturity Assessment Report, ITSM Policy, Governance Framework & Scope Document, Service Improvement Roadmap - Phase 2: Process Design and Optimization focusing on ITIL 4 management practices including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Desk, Service Level, Service Request, IT Asset, Supplier, and Configuration Management - Deliverables: Documented & Approved ITSM Processes, Service Catalog SLAs & OLAs, CSI Register, Training Workshop Completion Reports The consultancy will be conducted at PSO House Karachi. The scope includes detailed assessment, policy formulation, process design, and staff training to ensure robust ITSM transformation and continuous service improvement. Eligible bidders should have relevant experience in ITSM consultancy, preferably with certifications in ITIL and ISO standards. Registration with FBR and inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) is mandatory. Earnest Money and bid security details will be provided in the tender documents.
