Consultancy Services for Planning, Design and Construction Supervision for Upgradation, Rehabilitation and Construction of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Sports Ground at Gidu Chowk Hyderabad

The technical scope requires a reputable engineering consulting firm with at least 20 years of experience, valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration with relevant project and service codes, and enlistment on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Board of Revenue. The firm must also hold ISO certifications for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management systems. The consultancy will provide comprehensive services from inception to project completion including monthly progress reports and final completion documentation.
