Consultancy Services for Planning, Design and Construction Supervision of Bridge (Flyover) at Powerhouse Chowrangi North Karachi

The Local Government Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi, is procuring consultancy services for the planning, design, preparation of revised PC-1, tender documents, bid evaluation, and construction supervision of a bridge (flyover) at Powerhouse Chowrangi, North Karachi, District Central. This project is part of the Karachi Mega Projects and aims to improve traffic flow and infrastructure in the area. The scope includes detailed topographic survey, soil investigation, planning, detailed design using Sindh CSR 2024, preparation of bidding documents as per SPPRA standards, tender assistance, bid evaluation, and comprehensive construction supervision including quality assurance, contract administration, and claim processing. The consultant will also manage the defect liability period and provide periodic maintenance inspections. Eligible consultants must have valid PEC registration with specified project profile and service codes, NTN and Sindh Board of Revenue registration, and must not be blacklisted.
