Consultancy Services for Topographic Survey of 132 KV Transmission Line from 48 MW Shounter Hydropower Project to 132 KV Noseri Grid Station

The 48 MW Shounter Hydropower Project in Muzaffarabad is inviting sealed bids under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) for consultancy services related to the topographic survey of a 132 KV transmission line from the Shounter Hydropower Project to the 132 KV Noseri Grid Station. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for topographic survey of 132 KV transmission line route alignment - Detailed topographic survey for 132 KV transmission line from Shounter HPP to Noseri Grid Station The scope includes detailed topographic survey work essential for the proposed power house and sub-station location at the 132 KV Noseri Grid Station. The Request for Proposal (RFP) document detailing the scope of work can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) in cash or bank draft in favor of the undersigned. Submission of a written application and copy of Pakistan Engineering Council registration as a consultant is mandatory. Bids must be submitted in the office of the undersigned by 29th October 2026 at 12:30 pm. The technical bid must be accompanied by bid security amounting to Rs. 300,000/- (three hundred thousand rupees) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt issued by any schedule bank of Pakistan. The bid price shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes in AJK. The undersigned reserves the right to reject proposals under AJK PPRA rule 33. Interested bidders should ensure their PEC registration is valid and that they comply with all FBR and AJK tax requirements. Earnest money in the form of a CDR is essential to avoid disqualification.
