Tender Description
National Grid Company (NGC), through the office of DG Procurement NGC, has issued Amendment No. 01 to RFP-TL-02-2026 for procurement of consultancy services associated with construction supervision and allied activities for a major transmission project. The assignment concerns the 220 kV double circuit twin bundle transmission line from Mohmand Dam HPP to the existing 220 kV Nowshera Industrial Grid Station, covering approximately 67 kilometres.
Specific item list not provided in the notice.
The consultant is expected to provide construction supervision and related technical support, including verification of the contractor's invoices and testing and commissioning of the transmission line. The notice does not provide a separate lot structure, quantities, estimated cost, bid security amount, eligibility criteria, tax requirements, or details regarding mandatory registration with the Active Taxpayer List. Prospective consultants should therefore review the complete RFP and e-PADS documents for experience requirements, staffing, financial capacity, proposal formats, performance obligations, and any required bid or proposal security.
The submission deadline has been extended through e-PADS only. Complete proposals must be received electronically on or before **17 August 2026 at 2:00 PM**. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at **2:30 PM**. The earlier deadline of 6 August 2026 has been superseded by this amendment. Physical, courier, or manual submissions should not be relied upon because the notice specifically requires e-PADS submission.
The issuing office is DG Procurement NGC, 8th Floor, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore. Bidders should access the tender through the applicable e-PADS listing using reference F-26081947084 and ensure that all electronic forms, supporting documents, signatures, and uploads are completed well before the closing time. As a practical measure, consultants should validate portal access and upload capacity in advance, then retain the electronic submission receipt and verify that the technical proposal opens correctly before the deadline.
