Tender Description
The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites e-bids from firms and contractors for the award of a contract to lift garbage from the transfer station located at Old Daewoo Bus Stop Peshawar Road and relocate it to a trenching ground at Moza Chahan Chakri Road, approximately 30 km away. The contract includes loading and dumping of garbage using vehicles within the jurisdiction of the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board.
The contract duration is two years, extendable by one year based on satisfactory performance. The contractor is responsible for daily clearing of the transfer station, dumping garbage at the trenching ground, and maintaining cleanliness. Penalties apply for non-compliance. The contract also requires the contractor to manage diesel/petrol and vehicle repairs, with price adjustments for diesel fluctuations. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals separately via the EPADS portal.
