Contract of Security Services at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Lahore for Year 2026-27

Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Lahore invites sealed bids through E-Procurement for provision of Security Services for the hospital on a round-the-clock basis (365 days/24 hours including Sundays and holidays) for the year 2026-27. The contract will be signed for one year with possible extension. Items being procured: - 300 Security Guards The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules via the official E-Procurement portal. Bidders must be registered on the E-Procurement system and submit their Technical and Financial Proposals online by the deadline. A bid security of 3% of the total estimated cost in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee is mandatory. The scope includes providing trained security personnel to ensure safety and security at the hospital premises. Strict adherence to PPRA rules and timely submission of all required documents including bid security is essential. Manual bids will not be accepted. The tender submission deadline is 10th November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders who have previously offered bids must attend the conference room for bid opening. All taxes applicable under Punjab Government rules will apply.
